APPOINTMENTS

   Patients should make an appointment to see the provider of their choice.  This ensures prompt service.  When calling for an appointment, please have your insurance information available to give to the appointment representative when asked.

    If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so another patient may use that appointed time slot.  Please understand that Rio Pecos reserves the right to refuse future appointments and dismiss patients from the practice who no-show, repeatedly cancel or are chronically late for their appointments.
