MaryBeth Lawrence, Administrator -

        MaryBeth Lawrence has served as Operations Manager at Rio Pecos since 1998.  "My position as Operations Manager is to make sure every patient that comes to Rio receives excellent patient care, and to make sure all the operational functions of the practice flow."  Marybeth was promoted to Administrator of Rio Pecos in 2001 and now oversees the complete operation of the practice.  
       In addition to her responsibilities at Rio Pecos she is also very involved with her two daughters' schoolwork and their extra-curricular activities as well as supporting her husband of 18 years who is a GHS coach.
        MaryBeth is a graduate of Goddard High School in Roswell.  She received a BA of Business Administration at New Mexico State University.  Her business background includes over 15 years experience as a business manager.
 

Natalie Yates, Reimbursement Supervisor

       Natalie Yates started working for Rio Pecos in 1998 in the medical records department. She then transferred to the reimbursement department a few years later before taking over as Supervisor in August of 2004. Natalie has worked all aspects of the reimbursement department and knows hands on how to take care of any problem that may arise. Her goal is to assure that all claims are processed correctly, in a timely manner, and provides excellent customer service for any patient that may need her assistance.

Glenda Pena, Financial Services Supervisor -        Glenda joined Rio Pecos Medical Associates in April 2000 in the Financial Department.  She became the Financial Services Supervisor in 2002.  She has over 20 years experience as a financial account analyst with an extensive background in accounts payable and financial statement analysis.

Erin Spence, Ob/Gyn Patient Services Supervisor - Erin Spence has been employed with Rio Pecos since 1996 where through out the years she has worked in all areas of the front desk operations. Through her hard work and dedication she was promoted to Patient Services Supervisor in January of 2004 and is currently overseeing the OB/Gyn Patient service division. Her hands on experience, and her excellent patient service skills, will definitely benefit all patients that come through the doors of Rio Pecos.
