in your health care investment, we accept benefits of the following plans for

Effective Feb. 1, 2001 - If your plan is not listed above we will require
payment in full at time of service. We will continue to submit claims for
all plans. If your plan is not listed above we will also require an
assignment of benefits and we will promptly forward to you insurance proceeds we
receive, less any balance owed to Rio Pecos. If you are affected by this
change, we offer the following convenient payment options:
Cash- includes money orders and personal checks. |

VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept credit
cards as payment to the extent your credit line permits. |

CareCredit- Offers a separate line of credit to cover your entire
family's heath care needs. |

A credit line can be established
and approval usually takes less than 10 minutes.

The revolving plan offers a 25-day interest free grace period from date of billing.

CareCredit has an interest free
option.

There is no annual or membership
fee.

Monthly payments are as low as
3% of the outstanding balance.
